When he opened it we discovered that the wings on Buzz Lightyear did not work correctly. I went to a Wal-Mart store close to where the child lives and bought another one. Before leaving the store I took it out of the box and made sure that everything worked correctly–and it did, so I gave him the new toy. He was very disappointed that Granma had to take his toy away from him for almost a week to complete the process. I took the faulty toy back to the store where I picked up my .com purchase later and received credit. This was a very very disappointing .com purchase—the first one that I have made where I received faulty merchandise.
